Stacking also allows us to use a number of assessments that have cross-over, or validating points. For example, in an executive or management assessment, we may use three or four different measures of cognitive skill levels and then compare and contrast the findings. While this is critical for more senior-level assessments, we also feel that every assessment deserves additional validation through cross-over testing, and that is generally found in all our assessment evaluation solutions.
